I could have added a half dozen more ideas, but the post was getting so long! I agree that creative writing based on a prompt would be wonderful as well. You didn’t mention writing (I’m surprised), but of course you can devise lots and lots of writing prompts from what you’re reading too — cause and effect, character development, symbolism, etc.
