God has been dealing with me in this area and I pray before I turn on my computer also. Sometimes it prevent my turning it on altogether or watching a tv show. God has revealed the "little distractions" in my life that have kept me busy lately and I'm so glad. It has made a tremendous difference in the quality of time I have with him and my children.
