I really enjoyed this article! I am also a homeschool graduate (1993…started homeschooling in 3rd grade and went all the way through 12th grade) and can relate to many of your comments about being a homeschooler “back then.” I am homeschooling my children now (ages 5, 3, and 9 months), and it is exciting to have so many options available to us. So many ways to help our children learn and grow and retain what we’ve studied.

Great article! It’s nice to have the perspective of a homeschool student as well as a homeschool mom. I hope our kids will have those same wonderful memories of time spent together as a family. I know I will!
