It's just what I needed. I just started homeschooling my daughter in January and I am pregnant with my 5th too (due in July). My house is always messy, despite having a chore system in place, and I really want to get into homesteading but I'm not getting anywhere. There may be days when absolutely nothing gets done, but if you've spent a moment or two telling those kids they are great and you love them, someday they will rise up and call you blessed. Really. Yes, indeed, it is a difficult season, but trust me when I tell you that everyone is doing some life learning lessons right now and those are great character builders in the long run. There may be days when absolutely nothing gets done, but if you’ve spent a moment or two telling those kids they are great and you love them, someday they will rise up and call you blessed. Really. Trust me :-)

And all those new things that were flourishing will come back again someday or they’ll be replaced with something even better when life settles again :-)
