Unmuted is the answer to a prayer for five friends, located all over the United States. It’s amazing how God works to link His daughters hearts, passions and talents together, isn’t it? We so desired to create an outlet designed to unite women all over the country in their gifts and talents by providing a place for everyone to connect. The way we see it, there are girls everywhere living their lives every day for Him and doing awesome things to affect the Kingdom. We hope this will become a place to exchange ideas, encouragement and revelations in our daily lives while also providing a community for you to connect with.

So what’s with the name, why Unmuted? The word “unmuted” has a very personal and profound meaning for each one of us. For me, it was about finding my voice amongst the noise and hustle and bustle of my daily life, speaking confidently about what I know as Truth without concern over what people would think. In a word, boldness. Its so easy to become complacent in our faith when we aren’t consistently challenged to stand up for what we believe in, and while we are blessed to live in a country free from fear of religious persecution, it’s time for us to get a backbone. As women, we are *so* empowered to live passionately and purposefully in His truth, lets take advantage of the promises He has spoken over our lives!

So what can you do? ANYTHING! That’s the beauty of it. If you love speaking, singing, dancing, writing, photography, poetry, film, whatever…there is a place for you at Unmuted! We want the site to be constantly changing, evolving and updating so we would love your help! Going to a great concert with friends? Snap a few pictures and write a few sentences. Stumble across a cool video on YouTube? Send it in! Discover an amazing revelation through the simple process of just living your life? Tell us all about it!

We are at a point in our history where we can no longer afford the luxury of keeping quiet because of our insecurities, fears and doubts.
