I've heard this story since I was a baby, but I never thought so much about Jochebed and her life as mother to these three amazing people. I know Miriam is today's study, but I had to do this one first. I just started thinking about how wonderful I've always thought my own mother is, and how Miriam proably thought of her mother. I just imagine her, like me, thinking "If I could only be half the woman my mother is...". It brings tears to my eyes thinking how faithful and trusting Jochebed must have been to have such wonderful children.
